Originally from El Paso TX, I grew up with Mexican culture/cuisine. I enjoy sharing new food ideas and experiences and would love to meet the group!
(First course) Oaxaca Caesar: grilled chicken served on a bed of roman lettuce with black beans, pumpkin seeds, avocados, tortilla strips, diced tomatoes, and queso fresco crumbles.
(Second course) Pico consume: diced tomatoes, onions, jalapeños and avocados served on bed of rice and drenched with chicken consume.
(Entree) Stuffed Pablano: picadillo meat inside a whole pablano pepper toped with muenster cheese covered with a tomatillo sauce. Served with lime cilantro rice and tempura avocado.
(Dessert) Crepes cajeta: Crepes flamed in a brandy caramel reduction topped with pecans.
Basic refreshments will also be provided but feel free to BYOB
