TRY Creative FUN Relaxing Japanese Flower Arranging while sipping Green Tea!

Japanese Flower Arranging is a FORM of ZEN MEDITATION  in Japan. It began with Buddhist Monks. It is still practiced today. Try a HANDS ON "Ikebana" (Japanese Flower Arranging) Class.

"Ikebana" is EXTREMELY popular in Japan! The Headmasters of Japanese Flower Arranging are men. You will go home with a Japanese Flower Arrangement made by you.

As discussed at after our last meditation, I've added this event as an option for members of the group, since it does seem that this practice is one that can be done with mindfulness.

I do not know if I or any other long-time members of the group will be attending.
