Reading Recommendations?

A former member
Post #: 21

I so much enjoyed our discussion last nightand would like to learn more about mindfulness.

I have done some explorations on my own by reading some books.

These include Stephen Batchelor's Buddhism Without Beliefs: A Contemporary Guide to Awakening, Brene Brown's Daring Greatly, Radical Acceptance by Tara Brach, David Burns' Feeling Good, and The Miracle of Mindfulness: An Introduction to the Practice of Meditation by Thich Nhat Hanh.

I would like to know what other books or articles people have found helpful.

Thank you,

Hi Forest,

I didn't see this post when I wrote mine, but I posted about some books I've found useful.
