Living Without Religion (LWR)

Our monthly meeting discussing past and present religious issues and looking at a positive life free of guilt, fear and shame.

While the group is still dedicated to dealing with problems and issues revolving around religion, it is also a place for those interested in exploring larger issues in a non-judgmental welcoming atmosphere.

It's a place for people to share their desire to throw away the burden of religious indoctrination and antiquated dogma.

Whether you are thinking of leaving your religion or are already living religion free, or you just wish to support others in this quest, join us.

Admission: $4 suggested donation, FREE for CFI members

This is a free and open to the public event. However, we are able to host this and many other events of its kind due to memberships and donations given by people just like you. For reasons to join Centre for Inquiry, a full list of membership incentives and membership level options:

Hi Laura, it wasn't so long ago that i was convinced there was a God and he was in my life after years as an agnostic. I kept thinking though and the idea didn't stick. However, I have retained an interest in conviction in the face of so much Scientific Discovery. It seems to me there is far too much denial in the world. It worries me and that is my interest. Hope I can make the next one, Best Brian

Brian Light, I am still trying to figure a lot of things out. I am glad there are groups like these meetups to give me an opportunity to share my thoughts, listen to other's opinions and ask questions. I have lots of questions. I look forward to meeting you. :)
