What we're about

If you're interested in experiencing the benefits of cardio exercise, and want to do it outdoors in and around Sedona, come join us during our workshops, which are held each quarter for eight weeks (we meet once a week and encourage you to run twice more each week outside the workshops).

Once you have the basics of running efficiently and injury free you have the option of either staying in this workshop or transferring to an intermediate running workshop, and you eventually may want to transfer into a more advanced workshop, or stay in the intermediate workshop, if you'd prefer
