Course
Angel Island is a hilly, grass and forest-covered island that provides spectacular views of Marin County, San Francisco, and the Golden Gate. Trails and roads circle the entire island and climb Mount Livermore. Bring the whole family and enjoy a post-run picnic at beautiful Ayala Cove.

Ferry Information
10:00 a.m. at Tiburon. Round-trip ferry ride cost is $13.50 and is not included in your entry fee. Ferry returns hourly at 20 minutes past the hour. Bib Number & Shirt Pick-Up
9:00 a.m. - 9:50 a.m. at the Tiburon Ferry dock for those taking the Tiburon Ferry. 


Time Limit
There is a 3:45 time limit for all events. 


Aid Stations
Fully-stocked aid stations every 5 miles. You can expect fresh fruit, salty snacks, assorted candy, water, and Clif Shot Electrolyte sports drink. It is highly recommended that runners carry at least 20 oz. of water between aid stations.

    Hi there. If carpooling let me know. It's going to take about 2 hrs from Santa Cruz (generously) so I plan to leave at about 7 am. Ferry leaves at 10. Plenty of time for coffee before ferry ride, pick-up entry, etc., etc.

      Yes carpooling sounds good. Note that I'll be doing 15 miles and at my speed you will have to wait a while. Bring a good book. Sierra might carpool as well. She is also doing 15. Let's talk next week. The climbs are not so bad and the views of the Bay are superb! It'll be fun.
