What we're about

Are you easily overwhelmed by noise, bright lights and other people, especially crowds?
Do you get stressed easily when you have a lot to do in a short period of time?
Do you need to withdraw often to recharge your own batteries?
Have people told you that you are too sensitive, need to toughen up or develop a thicker skin?

If you consider yourself a highly sensitive person (HSP) and would like to learn more about it from and with other HSPs, then this group is for you. We will meditate together and explore self-care practices, such as Reiki, breathing exercises, boundary setting and more, to develop a toolset to help us navigate through life a little bit more centered, calm, and sane.

We usually meet on a Monday evening once a month and focus on a different topic every time. If you are interested in meeting on Mondays during the day, please contact the organizer and we may be able to host a daytime meeting sometimes instead.

Please only register when you are committed to attend. If you registered, but cannot attend a meeting, please update your RSVP accordingly. No shows will be taken off the members' list.

Space is limited to 10 attendees per meeting. Payment at the time of registration secures your spot. The sign-up fee helps the organizer cover space rental, Meetup dues and other expenses.

Our vision:

Our wish is to create a place, where like-minded and like-hearted people meet on their journey of self-development and treat each other with respect.

Our hope is to connect people with each other in a safe environment and space, to provide a place where friendships start and hopefully flourish.

What we are not:

Since this is a safe and comfortable environment for all, please refrain from excessively sharing your personal problems and challenges or discussing overtly negative issues. This group cannot provide and does not serve as a replacement for conventional medical, psychological and therapeutic advice and treatment.
