At this afternoon of self-compassion, we'll have the opportunity to dive more deeply into our practice in a safe, supportive space. You'll learn about how compassion and curiosity can break the trance of self-criticism and lead to greater empowerment and inner trust. Through stimulating discussion, guided meditation, and an inspiring new self-compassion process, you will tap into your innate power to transform self-limiting beliefs. There will also be more time for the group to connect as a community.
