Self Myofacial release and trigger point with the foam roller

Happy new year pain free seekers.  For 2013, we have decided to put the foam rolling classes on a regular schedule.  We will be holding them on the 3rd Monday of every month at sports basement.  Unfortunately the loft filled up before we got this on the schedule so there won't be a January meet up.  But I should have a full length video done by mid February so you will be able to take our class at home any time.  I hope you all had a fantastic holiday season and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Hi, I'm looking forward to attending. What is the fee for the class?

No fee. Just bring a roller and a mat and you're set. See you Monday.

Hi Jane. You do need to bring your own roller or purchase one there before class. The white ones are the most gentle but break down quickly and the black ones are the most intense but last longer. A full length roller is also recommended for the class. See you there!

Do I need to purchase a foam roller before I show up. Do you sell them there?
