What we're about

Over all this is a place where we will Inspire, Connect and Learn from each other.

We’ll chat 30 minutes before the work out. If you’ve struggled with maintaining a healthy life style most of the time there is an emotional reason behind it. This is our chance to talk it out and hopefully learn from and encourage each other in the process.

We will have moderate workouts each week great for anyone who has a hard time staying consistent with their workouts. There is power in accountability groups!!! Let’s all hit our goal weight or size and then most importantly maintain it!
