This is a support/encouragement group for those who have struggled with maintaining a healthy lifestyle and are ready to make changes. This group may be great for you if you:

-Would like to make new friends and find great workout partners

11:40 WORKOUT (choose and break into groups)
*instruction lead 30 minute workout on the grass
*Walk the Bay
*Choose and do your own workout
12:15 Meet back
Please think about the following questions before 4/28 we will chat about them!:)
1) Am I happy with my choices in what I eat and how often I exercise if at
2) What would I like to change specifically and why?
Being honest with the “why” will help in stay consistent....
3) What could be holding me back from doing the above?
4) do I enjoy working out what’s my favorite exercise?
Please bring water, if you will be doing your own workout you may want to bring a yoga mat or your own exercise equipment.
