1-on-1 or bring a friend, Self defense training which includes: Exercises to develop mental and physical strength as well as flexibility, drills in the fundamentals of striking, blocking, and countering an opponent, education in anatomy and anatomical weak points to disable/stun an attacker, practice in repetition to develop and hone reflexes.
