This is a group for anyone interested in working on their MindSet Skills regarding SelfDefence. All levels are welcome. I´ve started this group related to doing Krav Maga, though it is suitable and essential for any form of SelfDefence.
What is SelfDefense Mindset Coaching?
For sure, the technique of Martial Arts help to empower you! Though the real magic begins in finding out how you can create and train to have a calm mindset WHEN YOU NEED the techniques.
The way we present ourselves physically has got to do with how we feel about ourselves and how we are connected to our inner self. Due to the way we do these things, we build up a certain self-awareness and therefore a certain level of self-confidence and self-worth. Of course you can build confidence by learning physical skills, it goes both ways, it influences each other. They go hand in hand. So if you train both parts, mindset and physical skills, you can be the strongest version of yourself.
During the training, we focus on skills like analyzing, managing and acting in close-to real life scenarios and work with a wide range of other tools to empower you.
