Senior Healthcare Professionals Pages

Dear Colleagues,

Have you ever heard about a seminar, meeting or social event after the event had passed? Did you wonder how you missed it or why you didn't receive the notification?

What about events you host - do you wonder how you can let everybody know about it? Would you like to increase attendance to your professional events or socials?

Do you wish there was ONE PLACE where you could go to see all the events, seminars, meetings and socials that are happening today, this week, this month or even throughout the year?

As our industry grows, there is so much opportunity for us to network and learn about each other. Unfortunately, we change jobs and email addresses and suddenly are no longer receiving notices about important events. I know how much I dislike missing opportunities, and I found that others in our
industry were having the same problems finding out what was happening around the valley that pertained to our unique industry.

Kyle Lewis of Spotlight Senior Services also found that there was a need for ONE PLACE where everyone could post events, share information and maximize our marketing efforts. His research led him to, a free website that allows groups such as ours to create a single calendar, post events, participate in discussions and provide a brief summary of our businesses.

We would like to introduce you all to the Meetup group created by Kyle Lewis called "Senior Healthcare Professionals"

This group was created for those of us who offer services primarily (but not exclusively) to the senior market or to those who serve the senior population. I encourage you to become a professional member of by creating a profile and joining the group Senior Healthcare Professionals.
It is free to join and free to participate. As a member you can have your events posted to the calendar, provide a brief bio of yourself and your company, communicate with others in the group and never miss a marketing opportunity again!

Joining Meetup is very easy, with step by step instructions on the website. The following instructions are guidelines for posting events to the calendar. If you would like more hands-on training, join us on September 27, 2010 at 11:30 am for a "Lunch and Learn" at Chris Ridge Village to instruct everyone on the use and benefits of this new group. Please attend the first in a series of educational round tables and learn how this Meetup Group can work for all of us. Or call me and I'll walk you through the

I am so excited about this feature and I hope you will join me in creating ONE PLACE we can all access and use to maximize our networking and referrals. If you have any questions please contact me at or Kyle Lewis, at . We look forward to working smarter with all of you!
