This is the part of the greenway that runs between Stony Point & Fulton Roads. It is about 3 miles round trip. There is a business complex to the right of where we start (seen in this photo) with parking adjacent to the trail. If you are traveling north on Stony Point take a left at the light on Stony Point & West Ninth. Go left in the roundabout at the entrance and then straight to the end of the parking lot....the Volunteer Center will be on the left.
There is also parking in the street on Glenbrook.
**Please note this path gets quite a bit of bicycle traffic. For your safety always stay to the right; Although many bicyclists will call "on your left' or ring a bell, there is often not time to react and move out of the way. **
Please only RSVP if you are attending. A NO RSVP is if you need to cancel your attendance. Dogs on a leash are allowed on this trail.
Although we may not always leave exactly at 9:30, we do our best to keep to our scheduled time. We don't wait for late arrivals out of consideration for the group already there.

I love this group! It's so fun seeing new places and meeting new friends.
I LOVE being outdoors, walking, hiking, biking, gardening, pretty much any excuse!
Retired and so enjoying walking, hiking, bicycling, and socializing with others.
I like moderate hikes on trails. Milage is not an issue as long as the elevation isn't too steep.
