Want to Hangout with a Best-Selling Real Estate Author, co-host of the #1 Real Estate Podcast on iTunes, and VP of Communications at, one of the largest real estate forums in the world (with over 1 million posts)?

Normally, this would require you flying to the state of Washington, where Brandon Turner lives.

But fortunately for us, he has agreed to join us virtually at our Seoul Real Estate Investing Meetup on Saturday, Jan 3, 1-3pm at the TOZ in Gangnam (not Kyobo - a new location).

Brandon's most recent book has been drawing rave reviews on (screenshot from visiting the link to his book)

And he's in the Top 20 of Investment bestsellers on Kindle (and he's been higher than this before):

(Here's a link if you want to check out his book: The Book on Investing In Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down: Real Life Strategies for Investing in Real Estate Using Other People's Money (

Brandon will be joining us and taking questions.

Click here to submit a question to ask. (If chosen, you will be given the opportunity to ask Brandon your question directly during the MeetUp!):

In addition to Brandon Turner, we have two experienced Seoul Real Estate Investing MeetUp Members sharing their own stories and DETAILS about their deals.

Josh McNicoll, an assistant professor at Dongguk University, has spent the last 8 years living in Korea. Currently, he enjoys teaching, working on his blog, and reading a book a week! In the future, he's looking to become more involved in real-estate investment both in Korea and the United States and obtain his American real estate license, so he can help people find places to call home as well as ways to become more financially free.

He will be discussing strategies for investing abroad while in Korea in his own hometown of Kansas City.

Jacob Michaels is an active Korean real estate investor who uses his own low to no money down strategies to invest in Korea.

He will be talking about what he and his wife Victoria have been doing in Korea as well as his wholesale experiences in Texas.

That is what we call...

Wanna invest in real estate but don't have any money?

Ask Brandon .. he may have the answer for you!

Wanna invest in real estate in the US but can't because you're living here in Korea?

Well... you might want to hear what Josh has to say about finding and vetting properties.

Are you looking for something a little more local to invest in?

Jacob has some experiences that may surprise you!

Final note:

As organizers of the Seoul Real Estate Meetup, we strive to deliver TREMENDOUS VALUE to our members. We want everyone to learn from each other and help each other grow as investors and develop better, more meaningful networks (ie. not just passing out business cards). But one thing we cannot do for our members:

Only you can do that. RSVP today and stop building your excuses and start building your dreams!

(There is a 6,000 W Room Charge that each attendee must pay directly to TOZ for use of their space. Free coffee and juice is provided. The organizers do not receive any cut of this money.. and we pay for the projector to boot!)
