Hi Real Estate Investors,

Saturday, July 18, from 1p-3p, we're proud to welcome Mark Shaffar, turnkey investor and investor relations rep at Midwest Equity Partners. Midwest Equity Partners focuses on turnkey and flips in the Milwaukee and Chicago area.

Mark has an interesting story as he spent the last 14 years living and working in China. Like many of us, he began his real estate investing career by purchasing turnkey properties while living in China.

In addition to that Mark's also invested in housing in China as well as educational business.

Mark is a big believer in daily habits and one of his is waking up each morning at 5am to start his day off right.

Join us at our meetup and Q&A with Mark as we ask him:

* Tell us about your experiences in China and buying from abroad?

* How's the transition been going back to America?

* Why invest in Wisconsin?

* What have been some of your biggest challenges & successes?

Make sure to RSVP below and mark our Meetup on your calendars:

Saturday, July 18, 1-3pm

And now..
