What we're about

This group is to support men going through a separation who are feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or who just want a chat.

Who is it for?
It's for newly separated, long-term separated, or men thinking about separating.
Any man who thinks he could support in any way is also welcome, whether you're going through this or not.

Lawyers, psychologists, health pro's, finance gurus, all welcome to come and share your skills and knowledge.

What happens?
We will be holding different events to bring together a community of support to help men through the hardest and most important part of their lives.

Weekly social coffee catch-ups
We will meet for coffee, have a chat about important topics, take off for a short walk and a casual chat, then return for a short debrief. This allows us to learn, feel supported, offer help, filter information in our own time, and get out in the fresh air with other men facing similar challenges.

Regular Seminars - Practical next steps for separated dads
We will hold 3 monthly events where we will have guest speakers giving us advice on the most important next steps for us to take to ensure we can be the best dads we can be.

• Legal guidance

• Financial guidance

• Mental health tools

• Health tips

• Support services

You don't need to do this alone.

We got ya mate!

No pressure.

No judgement.

This group is supported by We got ya mate (https://www.facebook.com/groups/654746461941906/) - a group set up to help men in need.
