I'm organizing Training Sessions at Serangoon Stadium to kick start or finish your day with energy! The training will generally consist in - Light warm up - Running - Strength and conditioning (push/pull ups, squats, rope skipping maybe...) - Light stretching;
I will adapt the intensity and the program of the training with the people attending. Being in a group helps pushing the limit of your training and motivating you! Be a champion!
About me: I'm 29 y.o, French, working in Singapore and recently moved to Serangoon. I have run half marathon before, I train in Brazilian jujitsu and I have a black belt in Judo which gave me experience in group training. I'm now looking to get a little back in shape after some time off training.
