Prescription for a Happy Mind
(a meditation workshop to help cure the blues)
In this half-day workshop we will explore how we can all cultivate an inner source of happiness and confidence that doesn’t depend upon external things. By doing this, we can relax, live more lightly and even come to enjoy life’s challenges.
The less we feel our happiness depends upon things like being liked, or being successful or wealthy, the less we will feel the need to worry. We can come to develop an inner source of happiness that can’t be destroyed by anything.
This workshop will include guided meditations and lots of simple advice for how to cultivate happiness and peace from within. Everybody is welcome to attend this course and enjoy a helpful and uplifting day!
