Ciao a tutti!
19:30 - [ITA] «Delivering Artificial Intelligence: moving Machine Learning to production, and challenges» di Luca Grazioli e Giacomo Giovenzana, Docebo
The delivery of Artificial Intelligence services into production is not an easy and straightforward process: the process has to take into account several aspects from statistical validation (model performance) to unit and integration tests. For doing that in a most effective way there is only one way: Continuous Integration under a Continuous Improvement.
In this talk, we would like to share our experience in DOCEBO, where the ML services are surrounded by other microservices with several dependencies between them. From the “AS IS” to the “TO BE”: a complete roadmap we have designed and implemented for addressing the challenge to define CI / CD pipeline that allows the set up of the validation environment of the ML models in a really flexible and efficient way.
During the presentation we’ll walk through the general concepts of MLOps (concepts and needs), focusing in particular on how to perform ML integration testing in a multi service environment.
20:00 - [ITA] «How to define cloud architectures using your preferred language with AWS CDK» di Luca Bianchi, Neosperience
Serverless technologies provide powerful tools to support cloud resources provisioning. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is one of the best paradigms to adopt for scalability and with AWS in a serverless world you have a lot of choices, all of them leveraging AWS CloudFormation, one of the most loved and hated service due to its expressiveness and verbosity. Moreover, CloudFormation scripts are often error-prone and cannot be refactored nor maintained with standard IDEs. We'll deep dive into the latest release of Amazon Cloud Development Kit (CDK) that can empower your next serverless app.
We'll also discuss how cloud components can be organized into custom constructs and published through repositories such as NPM. Finally, we'll outline a migration path from Serverless Framework to CDK and how to fill the missing gap between most used plugins and CDK constructs.
20:30 - Q&A e networking
Ci vediamo giovedì 19!
