Zoe is passionate about enabling and empowering marginalized people and communities. She uses participatory, human-centred design models to tackle complex social issues.

She has worked in local and central government and in the NGO and community sector. Prior to starting at Lifewise in March 2016, Zoe introduced a human-centred design approach to service development and delivery at the Waste Solutions Unit in Auckland Council. Zoe has previously worked for Child Youth and Family where she specialised in foster care.

Lifewise is a charitable trust providing services to marginalised people. These span child & parent education, foster care, community social work, housing, health, addiction, and disability services, home care and K Road's Merge Cafe. Lifewise also runs the Lifewise Big Sleepout to raise funds towards tackling homelessness in Auckland.
