Serviced Accommodation Community Day
Everyone's biggest issue seems to be that they want to expand but are struggling to find more units. So for our last Community Day of 2018 we really wanted to give everyone some great value knowledge that they can immediately sink their teeth into and get 2019 off to a flying start! So on Thursday 15th November (not 8th as previously advertised!) I am delighted to announce that we will be joined by none other than Ross 'The Agent Whisperer' Mallalieu. Ross has been sourcing properties for Serviced Accommodation and Multi Let "Rent To Rent" strategies for more than 10 years and using his tried and tested methods he averages 15 - 20 deals every month! He has also run 4 letting agencies and a national relocation company specialising in housing contract workers throughout the UK. We are really looking forward to him sharing his valuable strategies, hints and tips with us. So if you want to know how to charm agents into working with you then you need to join us at our ever popular Community Day on 15th November 2018 at The Grand Connaught Rooms, 61 - 65 Great Queen Street London WC2B 5DA. Lee and I will also of course be on hand to help everyone to solve their challenges or get their burning questions answered and take maximum value from the day. This is certainly an event you cannot afford to miss so grab you place now as it could well be a sell out! Click here now to secure your place as places are limited and this event will be very popular. Join us for refreshments from 9am for a 9.30pm start and we plan to finish by 4.30pm. Lunch and refreshments throughout the day are included within the fantastic value ticket price of £127. We look forward to seeing you next week. Kind regards Jason & Lee
