Seward Park Fitness Meetup (SPFM) is a casual open group fitness community that will meet in Seward Park for group workouts that will include a variety of exercises including walking, running, biking, hiking, yoga, weight training, and HIIT workouts and also softball, basketball, soccer, and other sports activities.
