Our Shambhala Meditation community meets ever Monday evening to practice mindfulness sitting meditation, walking meditation, and engage in a mindful community discussion. This is a free offering open to the public - ALL ARE WELCOME. For those new to meditation, free meditation instruction is available.

Designed for people living in the modern world, this open meditation class provides students with introductory tools and teachings for working with meditation in everyday life. By deepening our experience and understanding of ourselves through peaceful abiding meditation, we more fully become who we are already with our innate stability, strength, and clarity. The instruction will provide an opportunity to learn and deepen your understanding of meditation, with practical suggestions for establishing a sitting practice in the midst of our speedy lives.
