Join us for our weekly Sunday morning sitting practice!
Our community meets each Sunday morning to practice mindfulness sitting meditation, walking meditation, and engage in a mindful community discussion. This is a free offering open to the public - ALL ARE WELCOME.
For those new to meditation, free meditation instruction is available. Please arrive at least a half hour before the end of the session to receive instruction and have an opportunity to practice.
The last thirty minutes include an “Introduction Circle” that provides an opportunity to get to know other meditators and also to ask questions to a meditation instructor.
NOTE THAT OUR GROUP HAS LOTS OF REGULARS WHO DO NOT SIGN UP THROUGH MEETUP. OUR MEETINGS ARE CURRENTLY AVERAGING 20+ ATTENDEES REGARDLESS OF RSVP'S THROUGH THIS SITE.
