Vinyasa yoga focuses on synchronizing the breath with continuous postural movements. Yoga not only helps the physical body but also helps increase focus, improve sleep and relieve stress. Classes are structured to strengthen the body’s core, increase balance, improve flexibility, detoxify body waste and maximize breathing effectiveness.
Cynthia Le is trained to teach students at any experience level. She has been practicing for over 5 years and wants to share her love for yoga. She starts her classes off slow, so that students can focus on the correct form of the postures. After students are familiar with the postures, the class picks up momentum and has a natural progression.
Students will need to bring their own yoga mat, towels and blocks. Yoga equipment is available for those who do not yet have their own. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early.
