Group Meditation This Sunday.
Shamatha or "peaceful abiding" meditation instruction is offered. This is a mindfulness awareness practice and is very accessible and yet also has profundity and depth. One does not have to be a Buddhist or have any religious affiliation to benefit from sitting practice.
We sit from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. The sitting meditation is interspersed with walking meditation. Comfortable cushions and chairs are provided. It is a great space for practice!
