Start your week refreshed with 25 minutes of mindfulness meditation and 5 minutes of yoga.
This session begins promptly at 7:15AM. We will do 3 short rounds of Shamatha Yoga followed by 25 minutes of sitting meditation. You'll be back on the road by 8AM.
