I've been working with Scrum for 3+ years, and have seen lots of positive results. I have experience in all roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner and team member), and have also worked as a Scrum/Agile coach. I've recently begin exploring more about different flavors of Agile (Kanban, Lean etc) and organising the Scrum User Group is part of that ongoing quest. I also work as a full time Agile/Scrum consultant based in Shanghai with a range of different organisations, taking on coaching and contract Scrum Master roles, as well as developing transformation plans and generally helping people solve any problems they have.
How Scrum works in different organisations. What sort of issues people face with Agile. How we can all work together to change the world
People with a wide variety of Scrum or Agile experience, from beginners to old hands - the more, the merrier.

Originally from New Zealand, I've now spent around 3 and a half years in assorted locations in China. I'm passionate about helping organisations improve their processes, and making happier workplaces. I also love taking photos and all types of sports
I'm probably pretty biased since I'm the organiser, but it's been great meeting so many members of the Shanghai Agile community, and meeting more new people every event. Thanks everybody for making it so much fun!
