Hello everyone!

My name is Mandy, I started yoga when I was suffering from depression & anxiety. Ever since then I have been experiencing the tremendous healing power and changes yoga has brought to my body, mind and spirit. I've devoted to spread the benefits yoga to more people!

At my class, not only you will challenge your body and mind, re-discover new sensation/dimension in your body, bring new awareness to your pain/thoughts/emotions, but also you will end the class feeling renewed from the inside, out.

I acquired 200 hours Hatha Yoga Teacher Certificate in Rishikesh, India as well as 50 hours Ashtanga Teacher Certificate and 70 hours Forrest Yoga Advanced Teacher Certificate in Bali.

Now I am an inspired Forrest Yoga teacher—A therapeutic style of yoga that mainly focus on healing power of yoga combined with modern science-- physio and psychotherapy.

I'm also a dedicated meditation practitioner. I have done Vipaasana in Sri Lanka (10 days silent meditation retreat ) and have my daily 1 hour sitting meditation practice for 2 years now.

Details about my yoga classes:

—class schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays 7.30-8.45PM, Sundays 6-7.15PM

—studio address: 1728 West Nanjing Road, 22nd floor

—price/class: 100RMB( first timer), 120RMB( drop in after first time), 500RMB for 5 sessions( valid for 4 months), 1000RMB for 10 sessions( valid for 10 months), 1900RMB for 20 sessions (valid for 18 months)

—Our beautiful studio is located right above Jingan Temple and overlooking amazing Jingan skyscrapers:). Yoga mats and pros are provided.

Rise & Shine Morning Yoga Practice!!

**Rise & Shine morning practice 11AM-12.15PM every Saturday** Expect a slow yet strong and very mindful practice🙏 . I start my day with 30 minutes of yoga and 1 hour of sitting meditation every morning and it's the best routine I chose to do! I feel light & reenergized after the practice and most importantly the whole day whenever I encounter stress/problem I have learnt to come back to my breathing instead of letting my mind taking over:). Beginner True Strength & Flexibility (4 sessions in total)

Beginners if you want to start your yoga journey safe and with a purpose on building a solid foundation, I have made a month long Beginner True Strength & Flexibility plan in Jan for you. Sunday 6th Jan: Strength & Flexibility 1 Get familiar with basic yoga poses and a full body workout! Sunday 13th Jan: Strength & Flexibility 2 Level up your practice! Expect to feel challenged, but at an approachable level. Sunday 20th Jan Strength & Flexibility 3 Try out familiar poses in new ways to build a solid foundation. Sunday 27th Jan Strength & Flexibility 4 Get familiar with some 'awkward' yoga poses. Expect a full-body strengthening and flexibility practice.
