This is a group for anyone interested in practicing meditation and cultivating mindfulness together. All are welcome. We will meet every Thursday and Sunday morning at 8:30am and sit in meditation for 30 minutes. We try to practice together in parks in XuiHui. I am scouting out appropriate indoor spaces for mornings we'd like to be protected from the weather.
I started this group to bring together people who would enjoy and benefit from practicing meditation together. As a group, we can support each other in each other's pursuit to be present.
