We believe that if we can totally control your opponent and in turn we are defense ourselves, then we can walk away as a winner, and make friend with your opponent without hurting anybody to be a winner. This attitude was and also is still our tradition. And we expect all students to respect this policy/principle. • Our primary objective: to foster, develop and enhance the Shaolin Weng Chun martial art and tradition; • Our secondary objective: to unite and promote fellowship and good will among its members and practitioners. What we're about

少林永春拳 - Shaolin Weng Chun This meet-up was created in 2011 in honor of my Sifu Ignatius Siu. The goal is to provide an accessible forum for those who interesting in spread the art of Shaolin Weng Chun (SWC). Learn the ancient Chinese Healing Art of Ba Duan Jin (8 Section of Brocade) to strengthen your internal organs & Dharma Yi Jin Jing (Muscle Tendon Changing Classic) to improve internal energy, release muscle pain and overall physical health. SWC is a system to show you how to overcome stronger opponents through understanding the principles of “leveraging” and proper “body alignment” to improve your self defense and fighting techniques. We welcome anyone to come and try out the class. Even you don’t know nothing about martial art or you just want to learn some self defense techniques. But we do not welcome drama or unnecessary conflict to proof whos fighting skill is better. Our goal is to build a better health body and mind and defend the justice when opportunity present itself. Our tradition goes one step beyond, we don't aim to knock out our opponent, and rather, we aim to self-defense and control your opponent. We believe that if we can totally control your opponent and in turn we are defense ourselves, then we can walk away as a winner, and make friend with your opponent without hurting anybody to be a winner. This attitude was and also is still our tradition. And we expect all students to respect this policy/principle.
