This session is among the easiest one and includes lots of cardio and HIIT exercises focused on training your CORE muscles!
Bring plenty of water, a yoga mat (we only have 5 for the moment), gloves (if needed), and a suitable sports outfit. Don't feel fit yet? Don't worry. We have been training with people of all levels of fitness before and can adjust the difficulty accordingly.
We only have one major rule, you need to RVSP to attend. If you need to cancel, please do so the day before the meetup at a no later than 6pm. No-shows will be first warned and then taken off the group.
