Cardio Fitness Drumming
Not a fan of "working out"? We have a great "workout" that doesn't feel like a workout! Cardio Drumming is a class that combines great music with movement. Feel the beat...feel the BURN! From ages 3 to 85 - everyone loves Cardio Fitness Drumming! It's a super fun way to "work out" that doesn't feel like a workout! Cardio Fitness drumming is a full body workout! Relieving stress and tension and burning calories, all at the same time. It's a great way to meet new people as well! Children are welcome - workout as a family! These events are free to check out your first time! Come join our health active lifestyle events! Please note - class is 30/35 minutes with warmup/cool-down, 45 minutes total :) Given space limitations, multiple "no-shows" may result in removal of RSVP's or being moved to the waiting list. Cancellations received within 12 hours of a morning event will be considered a "no-show". Cancellations received within 6 hours of a evening event will be considered a "no-show". To be fair to those on the waiting list, we need time to give them notice to attend a session.

What we're about

Shape Up Twincities/Get Fit Minnesota's goal is to create a healthy active (positive) lifestyle community. Shape Up Twincities - Get Fit Minnesota was created and is maintained by Health coaches to promote continuous healthy living outside the “studio” environment.

Activities include: Cardio Fitness Drumming, Wednesday Workout, 5 weeks to run a 5k programs, nutrition classes, weight loss challenges, body transformation challenges, and other activities that promote a positive healthy active lifestyle.

80% nutrition, 20% exercise with a 100% mindset are the focus within Shape Up Twincities. Families are encouraged to participate in being fit together.

Ages 3 to 85 have participated in Cardio Drumming (as an example).

We do request real names be used, not screen names. We also request that you join us at least one event before RSVP'ing for multiple event times/dates.
