We'll sail Sail La Vie, a Beneteau 37' out to the ocean and look for grey whales migrating south, weather permitting. No experience needed but you may be asked to pull or release a line from time to time. Anyone who wants to can drive the boat.
Dress in layers for the weather, wear sneakers or boat shoes, a hat with a lanyard, and sunglasses. Bring water and lunch for yourself or to share if you like - finger food works best.

We will try to leave the dock at 10:00 am in order to have more time to look for whales, so please be at the rendezvous no later than 9:45 am; come early if you want to help set the boat up. Allow time for traffic, navigation errors, and parking (look for the 24 and 72 hr spaces past the big sign shaped like a ship's wheel) so that you are at the meetup point by 9:45 am. Time, tide, and sailing meetups wait for no person. No refund if you show up late.
Cost is $60 per person, in advance please by PayPal to [masked]. I will not confirm your RSVP without payment in advance, or special arrangement.
When you RSVP, make sure to leave your phone and email in case of contingencies.
