SBA-Canada is pleased to present the "Welcoming Sales Objection, Smile Please!" Workshop facilitated by Harpreet Singh of Zoho Consulting Inc.

In this workshop, you will explore how to view objections as pportunities for discovering valuable information about a potential client’s situation by:

- understanding objections and welcoming them as opportunities to sell
- instead of viewing them as hurdles
- how to find the truth behind the objection
- using specific techniques in dealing with various types of objections
- taking concrete actions to “rise above” your prospects’ objections and skilfully leveraging these to sell
