Spend a morning with Zen practice: intensive meditation (4 rounds of seated meditation [25min] with walking meditation [5min]), tea break, chanting, dharma talk, council process.
Open to newcomers and experienced meditators!
Bring a meditation cushion (zafu) and mat (zabuton) if you have them.
Chairs will be available; we have a limited number of extra meditation cushions.
If you are new to Zen, please arrive 15 minutes early for a brief introduction.
