The next session BEGINS SAT DECEMBER 2ND at 10:30 AM and is a FREE 90 INTRODUCTION into the Practice of Meditation/Mindfulness.
A daily practice of Mindfulness* is a healthy way to reduce stress, anxiety, and worry. Both neurological and medical studies have proven that such a practice can affect healthier brain functioning, can lower blood pressure, relieve body stress and strengthen your immune system.
You have nothing to lose. OK ….maybe 90 minutes …but you will gain it back…and then some!

Will provide you with all the details.Attendance will be limited, but a second group at an alternate time will be considered. Will provide you with all the details. It is the hope this will be an ongoing Sat Class. Cost of participation in ongoing classes is by donation.
