Ever wanted to run the NJ half marathon? Always thought about doing it, but didn't know how......or if you COULD, do it? I will not only show you how to do it, but more importantly, that you CAN! All you will need is proper running attire, LEGIT running shoes, (which I might be able to get for you at a discounted price), a POSITIVE attitude, and a goal-oriented mindset! I have run several halfs, and a full marathon in 2010, and will be with you from day one, step by step, giving you both physical and mental tips, pointers and tricks to use during your training throughout the week, in between our weekly sessions. We will meet weekly, ending with the race on Sunday, April 28th. ******THE COST IS $100, WHICH MUST BE PAID UPFRONT, WHICH VERIFIES YOUR COMMITMENT. THIS IS JUST THE COST OF TRAINING. THIS DOES NOT COVER YOUR ENTRANCE FEE TO THE RACE. ONCE WE START, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS***** If interested let me know by sending me a message!
Hello all: Just a friendly reminder........ if you plan on coming to an event PLEASE RSVP so that we can all see, (especially me), and if you post that you are coming, but then change your mind for whatever reason, (TOTALLY fine), PLEASE, you have to let me know, either on the event page, or feel free to send me a message directly if you like. Over the last few weeks, I've had people who never RSVP'd, asking me why I cancelled an event, (lack of attendance), and in 1 instance I still held the event and showed up, even though it was only 1 person who said they were coming, but that person didn't show up and never told me they changed their mind, which obviously was very disappointing. Just asking for a little courtesy, as my time and effort is just as valuable as yours is, of course. Thank you! :)
