Sites in the Heights

Sites in the Heights. We will meet at 10:30 a.m. at Audubon Terrace, Broadway between 155 and 156th Streets, view historic Trinity Cemetery, the Church of the Intercession, the Morris Jumel Mansion ($5 admission) and the wooden row houses of Sylvan Terrace and then return to Audubon Terrace to visit the Hispanic Society museum and the annual exhibition of the American Academy of Arts and Letters. Total walking distance will be about five miles; the first part of the cemetery has steep paved walks. Bring food and drink, we'll eat lunch outside at the Morris Jumel Mansion. 

Meet: 10:30 a.m. Audubon Terrace, Broadway between 155th and 156th streets. Take the #1 train to 157th Street.
