What we're about
This group meetup will focus on different types of workouts to do in the weight room on a Saturday morning. Workouts can change from doing various workouts like TABATA, HIIT, and some other variations of workout routines. This is a fitness community so everyone can participate. This is open to men and women. If it’s been a while since you’ve exercised don’t worry, there will be modifications but if you have specific existing injuries, feel free to shoot me a message ahead of time so I can be prepared for you.
Bring an AB mat, towel and water to drink during breaks.
It is $10 per session. Or you can do one of the following:
$30 - 4 group sessions to use for that month.
$80 - Unlimited amount of group sessions each month for Wednesdays & Saturdays. Also, I will send you 2 FREE WORKOUTS
emailed weekly for you to do at your own convenience at home or the gym.
