This is a group for anyone interested in taking benefit of the Guided meditation session.

Free no cost initiative in partnership with Shreve Memorial Library and Sahaja Yoga Meditation Center.

You do not need a background in meditation. Suitable for beginner, intermediate and advance.


Learn to meditate every day 10 min on your own.

All learning materials will be provided.

Learn Cleansing techniques which help manage the day to day Stress, Anxiety.


Come and relax in a one hour guided session.
