Hello fellow Sidetrackers,

We had numerous fun activities early summer and have many more scheduled
in the upcoming months.  Please view the following events and contact the
leader to let them know you will be attending. For more details, you can
also access the current newsletter on our website

Thu. Aug 12 6:15 PM     Walk the downtown bridges and river walk.

We are walking every Thursday evening for a while and meet at the parking
lot of the River City Brewing Company (next to MOSH). at 835 Museum Circle.
Great exercise overlooking the beautiful St. John's River and the downtown
skyline. Many of us grab a meal at River City Brewing after the walk. No
need to advise us ahead of time. Just show up if you can make it. Leader -
Diane J[masked] (h);[masked] (c).

Sat. Aug 14:    8:30 AM :   Amelia River Cruise, FERNANDINA BEACH, FLA

Two hour cruise from the Fernandina waterfront  viewing Cumberland Island
and the Cumberland Sound area. Will then get lunch at a local Fernandina
eatery and visit some of the shops. Please call the cruise people at
[masked] to reserve a spot on the 10:30 cruise so you get preference
over the many walk up people. No payment is needed for the reservation. You
pay the $ 26 cost at the cruise site on Saturday morning. The address is 1
South Front St. Fernandina Beach Fl. 32034.  Leader - Judy Mc:[masked]

Long range:

Oct. 7 - 11         Sidetrackers annual fall camping trip to NC

This years NC camping trip will be at the Standing Indian Campground near
Franklin NC. The location is close to many hiking trails and we normally
see beautiful colors of leaves during this trip. Many people drive up on
Thursday, camp Thurs, Fri, Sat, and Sun and then drive back on Monday.
However you can come up a day later and or leave a day earlier, whatever
you want. It is always a great time for the group. Leader: Judy M -
