This week please join me and the Loma Prieta Sierra Singles as we will do our quick paced hike at Skyline Ridge Open Space Preserve. This brisk hike will take us along rolling hills, with scenic views and through oak trees for about 5-6 miles and approximately 700 feet of elevation. I will be striving to be out of the park just after sunset (8:32pm), so while we have a bit of time, we do keep moving, so it is not considered a beginning hike.
Please be prepared for changes in weather, for while it may be warm in the valley, it can be quite cool and possibly foggy on the ridge, so bring water and layers.
Heavy rain cancels.
Event covers 5-6 miles, with 700 feet of elevation.
Meeting location: #6 Page Mill Park 'N Ride Lot, Page Mill and Arastradero in Palo Alto. We carpool from the parking lot at 6:10pm to drive up the hill to the OSP.
Leader: Denise Vann,[masked], [masked]
