Come celebrate National Public Lands Day with the Sierra Club at the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge. This refuge, on the Puget Sound, has undergone a remarkable change, going from farmland back to its original state as a salt water marsh.
We will take our time on the few miles of miscellaneous trails in the refuge, and look for herons, seals, eagles, and whatever other wildlife we can find.
Stay posted for a firm time to meet to begin our hike - but it will be in the morning.
