What we're about

All are welcome to attend our first Silent Group Meeting. We will draw techniques from various eastern traditions and practice Presence with others through meditative silence. Using breath, body movements, hypnosis, guided relaxation exercises and visualization, we will watch and witness the processes of body, thoughts and emotions. This is a unique opportunity to go deeply inward and find out more about who you are through personal experience. Rediscover your natural capacity to be totally present, here, now. We will not be engaging in a group discussion since it tends to stimulate the mind and ego. Cost: Free
