What we're about

Being together without talking. Let our awareness of our body, our surroundings and each other do the talking. This allows for an increased opportunity to become aware of using our senses and our breath.

Silent connections

Meet at Eastbourne pier

Silent connections is about connecting with yourself and others and allowing yourself to be moved by what happens, experience full freedom of expression without talking. It is about being in touch with the language of our body, to connect with others and enjoy the curiosity that our experience is as it is - neither good nor bad. Sharing and exploring together is what inspires me. Any time in our meeting between 2 - 3 pm you can come and connect for as short or long as you like. To feel that you can be yourself in the company of others just as you are, breath freely in the knowledge that you will not be asked anything. You can leave any time you like without explanation or hang around as long as you like ... it is all ok. If the weather is challenging, we can meet in the jazz club 1901 at the end of the pier ... if you register to attend I'll keep you updated. I look forward meeting you (in silence), Paul
