TopicBranding Workshop: Perfecting Your Pitch

Speaker: Bob Gulino

For most people, introducing your business is something that could use a little practice. Sure, we introduce our businesses all the time, but we probably don’t pay enough attention to how we are describing the business – at least, not in a way that makes it memorable. In this interactive workshop, you'll learn some tips and techniques that can help make your pitch one to remember.

As an executive marketing consultant and public speaker, Bob had been telling stories for over 15 years — not just any story, but stories that engage, educate, and enhance. From Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and start-ups, Bob had helped create high-impact messages that clearly communicated key advantages, that resonated with the audience, and that delivered results.

Bob Gulino spoke on "branding your pitch"
He showed proven ways to avoid a glitch

His role-playing of a typical brag
Showed us what not to do and be a drag

    Be memorable--unique and stand out
And be sure to smile and not pout

Re-assess, refine and practice your speech
    It's like the Internet's 5-second reach
