Are you tired of traffic, stress and the daily news? Would you like to learn how to take a break from it all so you can tap into inner peace? Then this meetup is for you! These are introductory meditation classes exploring such topics as:

• What is meditation?

• How do I start a meditation practice?•

• What techniques can I practice?

Music and movement (not just yoga postures) will be included in the classes so we can shake off the stress and feel joyful. These classes are meant to be a launching pad so that you can decide the direction that you want to go in your meditation practice.
